It's amazing how even from 6,000 miles away on a shaky Internet connection, my parents can still see the mess in the background of my screen ("It looks like a refugee camp," says my dad), and will tell me to clean my room. My defense is I've been packing for the following:

| BUENOSAIRE/EZE to WASH/DULLES departing Saturday, December 19 | ||
| UNITED 846 | Depart: BUENOSAIRE/EZE 10:05 PM Arrive: WASH/DULLES 6:43 AM Seat(s): 36K | NONSTOP Equip: 767 MP miles: 5217 |
| WASH/DULLES to LOS ANGELES departing Sunday, December 20 | ||
| UNITED 83 | Depart: WASH/DULLES 9:03 AM Arrive: LOS ANGELES 11:52 AM Seat(s): 31A | NONSTOP Equip: 757 MP miles: 2288 |
Yes it's true, CK will not be in Paraguay this winter (or summer, as it is on this side of the equator)! Pastor Cho's family, Gilmer, Perla, and Tito will also be spending some time in the States this December/January. We'll be using the next couple of weeks to take care of a few things and share about the work being done through the Paraguay mission with CPC. Please keep us in prayer as we wrap up the last of this year and prepare to see all of you back home.
(Also, the Hanburger and Edwin are in town, just in time for Gilmer's wedding. They landed in Asunción earlier this evening. Praise the Lord for their safe arrival)
Prayer: for traveling mercies; for continued focus and energy as 2009 comes to an end
Che ahata oga
I'm going home (temporarily)
see you soon!
