Monday - Chapel at Colegio Cerritos, Horas Felices at Jardin de Esperanza, shopping at the market
We started off the morning with a few skit and body worship presentations at Colegio Cerritos. Later, the team went to "Jardin de Esperanza," an orphanage for children affected by HIV/AIDS (either with the disease, or orphaned because of parents who had the disease). Thanks to private donations and prayer support from last year, Jardin de Esperanza was moved to a bigger, cleaner facility to accomodate the children's specific needs. This year's group was the first CPC team to see the new building.
The rest of the day was pretty free, so a few of us took the colectivo to a local supermarket to stock up on snacks and other Paraguayan goodies.
